Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Vestas, a global market leader in renewable energy, as a Service Technician responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of modern wind turbines in the Oyten region. Day-to-day duties involve performing routine maintenance, complex repairs, and inspections directly on-site, often working at height. You will be responsible for checking and maintaining critical safety systems, including climbing protection, lifts, cranes, and winches, and executing necessary modifications to enhance plant efficiency. The position requires a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering or a comparable field, regional travel readiness, height suitability, and a Class BE driving license.
