Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Technician to join a regionally established IT system house in the Nuremberg area, focusing on providing stable and future-proof IT infrastructures for businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and execution of diverse IT projects, such as server migrations, firewall replacements, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The technician will handle the installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows Servers and client systems, alongside troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely, via phone, or on-site. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or equivalent practical experience, fundamental knowledge of Windows Server (2012 R2–2022), Active Directory, and M365. Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and IP telephone systems is a plus.
