Job Summary

This role offers an experienced Master Craftsman or certified SHK Technician the opportunity to lead the heating systems division for a well-established, family-owned company in Freiburg, with a clear path for development into a Department Head role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of heating projects, from planning through acceptance, and will provide technical and organizational leadership to a team of approximately five employees. Key day-to-day activities include optimizing internal processes, coordinating technical support for complex issues, and actively managing customer relationships.
