Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician seeking a stable, long-term position within the chemical industry in Bitterfeld. The core responsibilities involve rigorous quality control through chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, and final goods, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. A significant part of the job includes developing and optimizing new detergent and cleaning agent formulations at a technical laboratory scale. The successful candidate will systematically manage and document all analytical data and experimental results, and actively contribute to handling customer complaints and maintaining the operational Quality Management System (QMS). Key requirements include a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA, several years of relevant professional experience, and fluent German language skills, along with a readiness to work in a rotating three-shift system.
