Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for critical aircraft equipment, specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) within gear manufacturing. The specialist will be responsible for obtaining and reviewing test plans and technical drawings, selecting appropriate NDT methods such as magnetic particle, penetrant, and Nital etching testing, and creating detailed test instructions and basic measurement programs. Daily tasks include setting up testing and measuring machinery, executing quality inspections, documenting and evaluating results, and granting final approvals within the assigned domain. A successful candidate will have a technical background, preferably as an Industrial or Machining Mechanic, and hold a Level 1 NDT certification according to EN4179, with company support provided for achieving Level 2.
