Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as an NDT Specialist at Liebherr-Components Kirchdorf GmbH involves critical quality assurance for high-performance hydraulic components and fiber composite solutions. The core responsibilities include performing various Non-Destructive Testing methods, specifically Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), on structural components and weld seams. You will be responsible for evaluating and meticulously documenting test results according to applicable norms, regulations, and customer specifications, generating detailed test protocols. Success in this role requires a completed technical education, ideally coupled with desirable NDT certifications (DIN EN ISO 9712 for VT, MT, UT), and practical experience in quality testing of welded or mechanically processed parts (e.g., cylinder tubes, piston rods). You must also be proficient in using testing equipment, measurement tools, and standard software like MS Office and ERP/CAQ systems, demonstrating high reliability and a structured, independent working style.
