Job Summary
This role involves actively contributing to the strategic development and management of a major IT service provider within the financial services sector, specifically supporting the Executive Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for top management, conducting independent analysis, and coordinating activities within the Executive Board Office. A key aspect is acting as a central interface for strategic questions related to company holdings and supporting the Executive Board's steering function from a shareholder perspective. This position requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, a proactive hands-on mentality, and excellent communication abilities to drive challenging topics and ensure effective decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of the tasks and requirements of an IT service provider in the financial services industry
- Ideally, knowledge of the structure and governance of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
