Job Summary

This executive role involves leading the Nursing/Care division of Diakonie Mark-Ruhr, specifically managing two subsidiary companies: Ev. Pflegedienste Mark-Ruhr gem. GmbH and Diakonie Mark-Ruhr Pflege und Wohnen gem. GmbH, which together employ 1,400 staff and generate approximately 80 million Euros in revenue. The Managing Director will be responsible for the strategic, economic, and personnel direction of both entities. Key responsibilities include developing the care sector strategically, ensuring the best possible provision of services, establishing common quality standards, and securing the economic viability of the companies. The ideal candidate possesses an academic qualification in Social Management or Business Administration, strong management and leadership expertise, and the ability to represent the organizations in local and regional networks.
