Job Summary

This role involves the independent development of cost-efficient and manufacturing-ready multilayer and HDI designs for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) used in automotive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) products. The PCB Design Engineer will be responsible for creating designs based on specific requirements and relevant standards, while strictly considering signal and power integrity, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and thermal management specifications. This specialist position requires close collaboration with Electronic and Mechanical Design teams, as well as coordination with Production and Purchasing departments. Key qualifications include a technical degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, and solid experience using CAD tools for PCB layouts, preferably Cadence Allegro. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication skills in English and a structured, team-oriented approach to work, ideally bringing prior experience within the automotive sector.
