Job Summary

This role as a System Technician involves taking independent responsibility for the installation and comprehensive maintenance of hardware solutions for ISGUS GmbH's ZEUS® Personnel and Time Management systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting on-site inspections at customer locations, creating detailed cable sketches to prepare for installations, and proactively clarifying technical requirements in close collaboration with System Consultants. This is primarily a field service position requiring a high degree of personal responsibility in managing soft- and hardware installations. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed vocational training as a System Technician or hold a comparable qualification, bringing proven experience in customer relations and project handling.
