Job Summary

This role is a vital IT Administrator position within the City of Kassel's School and Education Department, focusing on driving the digitalization strategy across local schools. The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management, planning, and enhancement of the Windows and iOS system environments, including user and endpoint device administration. Key daily tasks involve system administration using Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), providing 2nd-level client support, and coordinating complex hardware and software migration projects. Candidates must possess a degree or technical qualification in IT, coupled with excellent knowledge of enterprise access models, IT security concepts, and scripting for automated software distribution, such as PowerShell.
