Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious (Junior) Consultant specializing in Process Intelligence, focusing on business process analysis and optimization for clients. Day-to-day tasks involve consulting clients in agile projects, developing solutions for business process analysis, and optimizing workflows. A core responsibility is extracting event logs from IT systems and integrating them with Process Mining software, such as Celonis or SAP Signavio, followed by visualizing the data to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, possesses strong analytical and conceptual skills, and is comfortable presenting results to clients. Experience with SQL and Python, as well as an understanding of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, is advantageous. The position requires flexibility and mobility for project deployment and strong collaboration skills within an engaged, expert team.
