Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and administration of occupational pension schemes across various implementation channels. The Internal Consultant will be responsible for maintaining records, including the precise entry of inventory changes into the system, reviewing insurer documentation, and generating performance certificates and vesting documents for direct commitments and support funds. A core part of the role is the meticulous maintenance of contract master data within the administration system to ensure smooth process flow and transparency. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the organization and optimization of current processes for existing client relationships, ensuring efficient and profitable workflows. This position requires close collaboration with consulting teams, employee services, client HR/payroll departments, and insurers. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in insurance and finance or a relevant academic degree, coupled with professional experience in occupational pension schemes and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Commercial Clerk for Insurance and Finance or a completed academic degree (e.g., Insurance Business Economist, Business Administration)
