Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated and qualified Doctoral Researcher with a background in Neuroscience or a related field, focusing on multimodal brain imaging. The successful candidate will primarily work on a project investigating the effects of striatal dopamine loss and the potential compensatory function of vagus nerve stimulation in motivated movements in Parkinson's patients, as well as the role of motor reserve. This involves applying a unique combination of behavioral and computational phenotyping with state-of-the-art molecular, functional, and structural neuroimaging technologies. The researcher will be involved in study preparation and execution, as well as the analysis and publication of new and existing datasets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment as part of a special research unit with an integrated graduate school.
