Job Summary

This role seeks a talented Commissioning Technician to join the Service Team in Groß-Gerau, focusing on diagnosing and executing complex repairs on generators directly at customer sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring the commissioning process for successful equipment handover, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting tests on low and medium voltage power generation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, expert knowledge of power generation systems (including generators, switchgear, and UPS), and practical experience interpreting technical specifications and wiring diagrams. Crucially, the position requires extensive field service experience, strong customer service communication skills, and a high commitment to safety and quality standards. This role is highly dynamic, requiring 50% domestic and 50% international travel.
