This role seeks a dedicated Service and Support Manager to oversee the technical support and maintenance of advanced image analysis devices for a family-owned company specializing in in-vitro diagnostics. Key daily tasks involve managing and documenting customer inquiries and support cases in a QM-compliant manner, alongside performing installation, commissioning, and repair of complex equipment. The successful candidate will also serve as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK), requiring a strong background as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Engineering. This position demands excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, service providers, and partners, as well as supporting internal construction and production teams. The ideal professional is highly organized, independent, and proficient in both written and spoken German and English, offering a secure, permanent role in a forward-looking industry.
