Job Summary

This role is seeking an engaged and qualified professional, ideally with a degree, technician, or master craftsman qualification in Building Services Engineering, who possesses a confident and friendly demeanor. The Specialist Planner will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of technical systems across all service phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). Key daily tasks include the design and dimensioning of technical components, performing necessary technical calculations, creating service specifications, and evaluating contractor bids. Furthermore, the role involves coordinating CAD work and liaising closely with all parties involved in the planning process.
