The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining the company's facilities in Sömmerda, near Erfurt. Day-to-day activities include performing minor repairs, especially in plumbing, maintaining outdoor areas through mowing, pruning, and weed removal, and conducting winter services like snow clearing. The role also involves visual inspections of the building, basic maintenance, and ensuring general cleanliness.
