Job Summary
This role involves supporting the State Construction Office in Amberg-Sulzbach by managing and executing public construction projects, focusing specifically on electrical engineering systems for modern infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive project management, steering, and planning—covering scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance. The role requires reviewing design and execution plans for plausibility, assisting with contract awarding and processing (VOB), and managing the acceptance and billing of engineering services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or is a certified Construction Technician in the electrical field, possessing strong knowledge of planning, construction, and public procurement law. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, structured work habits, and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring the timely and high-quality realization of state and federal construction measures.

Education
Bachelor's degree or Dipl. Ing. (FH) in Electrical Engineering, or State-certified Construction Technician in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Qualified project experience in the construction sector
- Experience demonstrating performance phases according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers)
