Job Summary

This role is ideal for a student seeking to gain hands-on experience in IT Product Management within an agile, interdisciplinary team focused on developing data-driven IT solutions for retail assortment planning. The Working Student will be crucial in visualizing and communicating the product strategy, driving continuous improvement through idea workshops and user surveys, and managing internal product communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include autonomous stakeholder management, maintaining internal social media channels, supporting internal trade fairs, and contributing to innovation management, IT consulting, and UX research activities. Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Digital Media, or a comparable field, possess advanced knowledge of key collaboration tools like Confluence Wiki and Jira, and demonstrate strong German fluency (C1). This position offers a hybrid work model (up to 20 hours/week) and the opportunity to actively shape future retail IT processes.
