Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Biogas Plant Operations Manager responsible for the comprehensive, end-to-end management of biogas facilities across Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. Day-to-day activities include close collaboration with local operators, managing substrate procurement and controlling, overseeing cost management, and organizing the annual harvest. You will also be responsible for monitoring plant utilization, handling digestate management, processing invoices, and generating financial reports. The ideal candidate possesses significant professional experience in this field or a relevant agricultural background combined with a strong technical aptitude. Success requires excellent communication skills, a strong numerical understanding, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
