Job Summary

The IT Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role bridging the gap between internal business units (netgo entities) and IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT demand for Datacenter, Cloud, and Network areas, assessing feasibility against the IT budget, and advising internal clients on optimal IT solutions while enforcing the central IT strategy. This role involves significant vendor management, steering IT service providers, and central communication regarding service changes. Key qualifications include practical experience in the IT environment, foundational knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server environments, IT infrastructure, networks, and basic ITIL practices. The ideal candidate will also possess product and process knowledge and expertise in technologies like Hypervisors, Storage, Databases, and Cloud/Virtualization solutions (Azure, AWS).
