Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Engineer specializing in Operational Technology (OT) to ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of IT-supported production facilities for a leading provider of high-performance communication technology for the space industry. Key responsibilities include supporting the OT team, conducting inventory of industrial assets, meticulously documenting interfaces, communication protocols, and network architectures, and assisting with the migration and porting of systems into new or existing networks. A crucial aspect is providing rapid and effective support during production disruptions, requiring close collaboration between the shop floor, production teams, and central IT. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, possess fundamental knowledge of industrial control systems, network technologies, and operating systems (Windows, Linux), and be proficient with tools like Confluence, Git, and NodeRed.
