Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager to drive the energy transition in Kassel, focusing specifically on heating supply and climate control systems. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive project steering, including multi-project management, conceptual design, cost estimation, and planning. The manager will coordinate the entire lifecycle, from tendering and procurement in collaboration with the purchasing department, through design and official approval processes, to technical, scheduling, and economic execution, including construction supervision and service provider management. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree (Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Renewable Energies) combined with several years of relevant professional experience. Success requires strong project management skills, a structured approach, assertiveness, and very good German language proficiency.
