Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician or Engineer looking to specialize in electrical schematic design, working either in Görlitz or remotely. You will join a newly established start-up, quinteza GmbH, focusing on product development and engineering services, primarily for the rail vehicle, machinery, and plant construction sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed electrical schematics using professional E-CAD tools like Zuken E3, EPLAN P8, or Engineering Base. A critical part of the job involves managing and expanding component databases, creating custom components (symbols, form factors), and generating project-specific lists (BOMs, cable lists, terminal lists) often utilizing scripts or specialized tools. You will also implement configuration variants and options within the designs.
