Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist, ideally in System Integration, with initial professional experience, to manage and optimize complex IT infrastructures. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining diverse server environments (Linux/UNIX and Windows), focusing on stability, security, and scalability. The administrator will be heavily involved in 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting, implementing security measures (firewalls, IDS, patch management), and planning robust backup and recovery strategies. A significant focus will be placed on automating routine tasks using tools like Ansible and PowerShell, managing virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and administering hybrid or multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). The ideal candidate must have excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) and be comfortable with continuous professional development and occasional travel for projects.
