Job Summary

This Senior HR Data Analyst role involves driving strategic HR decisions by analyzing complex data related to employee behavior, HR products, campaigns, and the entire employee life cycle. The analyst will identify data-driven optimization potentials to boost the effectiveness of HR measures, increase employee productivity, and measurably improve the ROI of HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for HR data transparency, supporting projects like Machine-Learning-based forecasting in collaboration with Data Engineering and Data Science, and translating data into clear, target-group-specific recommendations for stakeholders up to Top Management. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, strong SQL skills, familiarity with modern Data Warehouse architectures (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure, or AWS), and proficiency with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, alongside deep knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a comparable field of study

Experience

  • Several years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
  • Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, or Consumer Goods Industry (ideally)
  • Professional experience in translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience in working with Data Engineering and Data Science teams
