Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring quality control within a leading pharmaceutical service provider specializing in sterile filling and packaging of injection systems. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of sampling at production sites, specifically performing media analytics in accordance with strict regulatory requirements. Core daily tasks involve conducting specialized chemical analyses, including determining Total Organic Carbon (TOC), conductivity, subvisible particles, and pH values. The position demands rigorous adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and international regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, the technician will manage the entire sample lifecycle, act as the equipment owner, and contribute to quality documentation by creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A key responsibility is conducting training and personnel validations for analytical testing procedures for production and engineering staff. The ideal candidate must possess relevant vocational training and professional experience, coupled with strong German (B2/Fluent) and basic English skills for reporting.
