Job Summary

The Electrical Engineering Network Control System Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the stable, secure, and future-proof operation of the power and gas distribution networks in Eastern Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include actively shaping the future of network control technology by continuously maintaining and developing the Network Control System and the Network and System Security Management infrastructure. The engineer will manage central control technology, including data concentrator locations, and ensure optimal technical coordination. A key focus is maintaining data integrity through image and data maintenance, Bit-tests, and updating data models. Furthermore, the role involves developing the Balancing Group Management System to enhance network efficiency and transparency. Collaboration across various technical departments on digitalization and automation projects is essential, requiring a degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in network modeling or control technology.
