Based in the Chemnitz branch, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert technical support and consultation to existing trade customers in the refrigeration and climate sector. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing detailed quotations, dimensioning refrigeration components using industry-standard software, and developing customized technical solutions. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Mechatronics Technician for Refrigeration Technology, preferably with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, and possesses significant professional experience in the field.
