Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the software project planning for packaging machinery within a leading international engineering and technology group. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for programming the visualization, control, and drive systems of machines, primarily utilizing the TIA Portal. Key daily tasks include conducting both hardware and software commissioning in-house, providing essential technical support to the sales and service departments regarding machine inquiries, and participating in retrofit projects to integrate new machine aggregates at customer sites. Candidates must have an electrical engineering background, ideally with advanced training as a technician or master craftsman, coupled with solid professional experience in PLC programming within mechanical engineering. Good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office are required, along with strong analytical abilities and a high degree of self-reliance and dedication to learning.
