Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive support for IT systems within the public order sector, including user management, data analysis, and training. The specialist will be responsible for providing central support to users and subject matter experts, managing signature cards for civil status matters, and conducting central reporting for IT systems. A key aspect of the role is contributing to the central process responsibility for IT procedures in public order and civil status, with a particular focus on public order. The position requires a background in IT or equivalent experience, ideally with knowledge of public order systems. It offers an engaging and varied full-time or part-time position within a supportive team at the Berlin State Office for Citizen and Public Order Affairs (LABO), a key public service provider in Berlin.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Information and Communication Technology, preferably as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or IT System Management professional, or equivalent skills and experience with comprehensive ICT knowledge. For civil servants: Fulfillment of career-specific requirements for the first entry-level of career group 2 in general administrative service.

Experience
