Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the quality and timely execution of complex building projects focusing on Technical Building Equipment (TBE), directly contributing to the energy transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site monitoring and technical inspection of installation work, leading and coordinating external installation companies, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. Key responsibilities include documenting construction progress, generating site reports, and approving contractor invoices and performance records. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or master qualification in mechanical engineering or supply technology and robust experience (minimum 10 years) in managing complex technical construction projects. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory, along with a willingness to travel for project assignments.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in complex technical projects
- Professional experience in monitoring and quality control of technical building equipment
