Job Summary

This role involves the technical and organizational leadership of the IT Operations department for a leading manufacturer of CNC gear cutting machines and automation systems. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, networks, servers, and clients across all divisional locations. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing infrastructure measures, such as technical architecture, budgeting, selection processes, and integration. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, coupled with extensive professional experience in IT operations and proven leadership capabilities. Expertise in Windows and SQL server administration, along with experience in IT Service Management (ITIL/ISO 20000) and IT Security (ISO 27000), is essential.
