Job Summary

This role, operating as a temporary employee for DB InfraGO AG, focuses on supporting the lifecycle management of scheduling and capacity management applications in Frankfurt. Day-to-day tasks involve extensive document preparation and management, ensuring application documentation is up-to-date and correctly mapped in required systems, under the guidance of application managers. The incumbent will also play a key part in problem and incident management, including risk analysis, incident identification, and defining corrective actions. Furthermore, the role supports continuous improvement by analyzing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and optimizing operational processes, while also ensuring compliance with IT Security and Governance measures. Candidates should possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience, proven knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ideally ITIL), and excellent German communication skills (C1-C2 level). This position offers a valuable entry point into the Deutsche Bahn group, providing diverse project experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Administration or IT Development
  • Knowledge of common IT Service Management processes, standards, and tools
  • Desirable experience in IT Security and IT Governance, especially handling internal/external regulations
