Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for clients and partner firms regarding all electrical construction activities within exciting shipbuilding and marine technology projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring timely and fault-free production according to established standards, collaborating closely with planning and design teams, and actively leading and managing subcontractors. A critical part of the job involves identifying and proactively resolving technical issues on board, requiring the ability to develop independent solutions for short-term disruptions. Candidates must possess a technical background in Electrical Engineering (Technician/Master level) coupled with several years of leadership experience, ideally gained within a shipyard environment. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, assertiveness, excellent negotiation abilities, and fluency in both German and English.
