Job Summary

This critical role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical Engineering and FMCS team, consisting of approximately 10 employees, focusing on high-precision automation solutions for the semiconductor industry in Dresden. The Team Lead is responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and monitoring of complex projects involving electrical, automation, and control technology. A core function is ensuring the economic success of projects, managing costs, deadlines, quality, and risk, while coordinating closely with customers, project management, and internal departments to optimize processes. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, several years of professional experience in electrical project management, and demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills to drive technological excellence in cleanroom environments.
