Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Materials Tester focused on non-destructive testing (NDT) of railway components, specifically wheelset and bogie parts. The daily tasks involve performing crucial inspections using advanced techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT). The professional will be responsible for meticulously documenting work processes and evaluation results according to established criteria, alongside conducting visual inspections for wear and damage. Key qualifications include a completed technical education in materials testing and mandatory certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 (Level 1 in UT, VT, MT).
