Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Maintenance Technician specializing in high-tech manufacturing environments, focusing on ensuring the optimal efficiency and quality of production facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing complex troubleshooting and fault rectification on sophisticated manufacturing equipment, executing proactive and preventive maintenance tasks, and meticulously documenting all repair, maintenance, and processing states. A key part of the job involves guiding and instructing junior maintenance personnel (Instandhalter) in resolving recurring malfunctions. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational qualification or equivalent, several years of experience in technical plant maintenance and repair, and the willingness to work directly on tools within cleanroom environments under a continuous production shift (CPS) system.
