Job Summary
This role involves providing essential business and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the local office. Key responsibilities include managing daily office organization, handling mail, filing, and meeting room management, as well as coordinating local appointments. The specialist will maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders using various channels and digital tools, and manage office supplies and consumables. A significant part of the role involves supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events, and providing professional service to customers and guests. The ideal candidate must possess a commercial qualification, professional experience in an assistant role, strong affinity for numbers, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP, complemented by fluent German and very good English skills.
