Job Summary

This role involves leading the strategic development and coordination of a digital information and services portal for the 'Start-Chancen-Programm' in Saxony-Anhalt. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of the web presence, from conceptualization and requirements management to operation and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. A key responsibility is also to coordinate and evaluate a short- and medium-term process for an 'Anbieterliste' (provider list) for digital educational offerings, including quality management and networking with various educational bodies. Furthermore, the role requires managing the interface with the 'Lernwelt Sachsen-Anhalt' project, coordinating license procurement, and analyzing the impact of digital pedagogical measures. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in educational technology, project management, and a deep understanding of the German school system, seeking to drive digital transformation in education.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Public Management, Educational Sciences/Educational Management/Pedagogy, Business Informatics/Computer Science with a focus on education or project management, Economics, Media and Communication Sciences, or Linguistics. Alternatively, another scientific university degree with relevant specializations demonstrating equivalent skills and experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in 'Learning and Teaching in Digitality' at a state level
  • Professional experience in the conception of website projects and public relations/marketing within the last ten years
  • Scientific or professional experience and/or qualification in structuring, preparing, and digitally presenting data and managing these sub-processes

  • The position is a full-time, fixed-term contract until December 31, 2029, with an option for extension until December 31, 2034. Knowledge of school law (SchulG LSA), KMK guidelines, and relevant MB LSA laws/regulations is required. Understanding of the nationwide school and education system (schools, school supervision, universities) is also expected. The role is based in Halle (Saale), Germany. Remote work is possible based on existing company agreements.
