Job Summary

Join ARDEX, a global leader in high-quality specialty building materials, as a Team Lead for their Compliance Laboratory at the Witten headquarters. In this role, you will spearhead product declaration and certification activities across the worldwide ARDEX organization. You will lead an experienced team of laboratory staff, overseeing and conducting essential regular testing of building materials according to relevant standards (e.g., DIN EN 12004, DIN EN 13813, DIN EN 1504). Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing routine production controls with other ARDEX Group laboratories, reporting directly to the Head of Research & Development.
