Join a dynamic planning and consulting office specializing in sustainable groundwater management and hydrogeology as a Data Management Specialist. This role focuses heavily on the computer-aided capture and maintenance of critical water management data, including drilling logs, measurement points, and groundwater analyses, primarily utilizing MS Access and PostgreSQL databases. Daily tasks involve meticulous data entry, performing rigorous plausibility checks on incoming information, and executing SQL queries to compile selected data into comprehensive measurement tables. Depending on your skills, you will also be responsible for creating coordinated diagrams for expert reports and potentially generating maps using QGIS. Candidates must possess strong proficiency in MS Excel and professional experience with database systems like MS Access or PostgreSQL.
