The Senior Process Manager will take a central role in driving the company-wide process management system and strategically optimizing end-to-end business processes at M-net. The role involves analyzing and developing new process-specific methodologies, taking on lateral team responsibility for process stakeholders, and creating performance reports for management. Key qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or IT, along with significant professional experience in the IT or telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate must possess at least four years of strategic process and project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in German and English to effectively engage stakeholders and drive interdisciplinary solutions.
