Job Summary

This role as a Clinical Supply Coordinator in Ludwigshafen am Rhein involves being a key figure in the organization and provision of clinical trial materials for global pharmaceutical studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include actively supporting the Project Manager, coordinating standardized activities across international teams, and managing the entire logistics chain for sample provision. You will create orders for packaging and labeling within the inventory management system, ensure compliance by participating in shelf-life extension processes, and develop strategies for process optimization, presenting these concepts to local and global project teams. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in Natural Sciences or Healthcare, possesses basic project management skills, and ideally has professional experience in pharmaceutical development or a GMP/GCP environment.
