This role is for an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the industry, initially through avanti with the prospect of a permanent contract. Day-to-day responsibilities include crucial scheduling and capacity planning, generating quotes and supplementary contracts, and managing project control. A core function is the technical leadership of the team and acting as the primary consultant for customer relations and care. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a degree/certified technician qualification in these fields.
