Job Summary

This role involves the conception and development of complex electronic and electrical (E/E) test systems, primarily for maritime technology applications, based in Bremen. The Hardware Development Engineer will be responsible for creating hardware specifications, designing analog and digital circuits, and programming measurement tasks. A core function is collaborating closely with other development departments to devise functional and cost-optimized solutions. Key responsibilities also include the integration, commissioning, verification, and validation of these systems, culminating in the creation of complete manufacturing documents and product documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, possesses fundamental knowledge in complex E/E system development, and has experience with BUS systems and PXI systems, coupled with strong teamwork and self-reliance in an agile environment.
