Job Summary

This challenging, full-time, permanent role based in Neuwied, Germany, requires an experienced professional to lead and manage installation projects at customer sites both domestically and internationally. The Installation Manager will be responsible for independent work preparation, handling assembly services, coordinating with various trades, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. Key duties include overseeing fire protection cladding, conducting service calls for repairs and fault analysis, and supporting commissioning activities. The ideal candidate must possess a background in construction (e.g., refractory bricklayer or concrete builder), have significant experience managing construction sites, and be proficient in both German and English. This position requires 100% travel readiness and offers the opportunity to lead assembly personnel and act as the primary on-site contact for clients.
