Job Summary
This full-time role, based in Altenberge near Münster, focuses on delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT support within the User Help Desk. The specialist is responsible for analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Daily tasks involve the installation, configuration, and regular maintenance of hardware and software, including Microsoft operating systems, network printers, and specialized IT systems used in laboratory environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in Windows environments, including Active Directory and M365 administration. You will also contribute to the strategic planning of IT support topics and collaborate with international teams, making fluent German and English communication skills essential for success.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a degree in Computer Science or comparable field.
