Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Onsite IoT Service Specialist to ensure the seamless setup and reliable operation of customer IoT environments in Mannheim. The specialist will be the central point of contact for all IoT project and service requests, focusing heavily on analyzing and resolving potential disruptions related to IoT sensor technology, OT networks, and associated systems. Key responsibilities include providing independent onsite support, troubleshooting complex IoT issues, managing OT networks, sensors, and platform software, and collaborating with the support team to develop continuous improvement suggestions for infrastructure and processes. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge in IoT platforms, sensors, and networks, coupled with a relevant IT degree or qualification, and at least five years of professional experience, ideally in the IoT domain. This position offers a competitive salary (€4300/month) and the opportunity to work as a key partner in maintaining secure and stable IT operations for clients, requiring mobility and readiness for on-call duty.
